How to make
Heat 100ml full-fat milk until just short of a boil - don't let it fully boil, or the chocolate's natural flavour can flatten and dull, much like over roasting. Add 11 pieces of chocolate. (Prefer it thicker? Add a few more pieces to make it more chocolatey). Stir on low heat until fully melted - you can use a whisk or a fork or a spoon. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
