Chai (Masala)

Cacao 60% (cacao beans 50%, cacao butter 10%), Sugar 30%, Whole milk powder 7%, Chai spice mix 1%, Tea powder 1%, Sunflower lecithin less than 1%

Let a piece melt on the tongue rather than chewing it.
Give it thirty seconds - the first note, the middle and the finish are rarely the same.
Taste at room temperature; cold mutes the flavour.

Store cool and dry, away from direct sun. Chocolate is temperature-sensitive - in peak summer we may hold orders for cooler despatch days.
